Nickname “SPORTSMAN’S PARADISE” embossed at top. “E” in serial denotes Alexandria district police troop. From the years that New Orleans was awarded the Saints as the newest NFL franchise and began play! Plate is STRAIGHT and lies FLAT, with no tears to metal, no extra holes, and no other defects.
